People dancing in the rain
Everyones starting to go insane
Babies being burnt to death
Basements filled with crystal meth
Little kids; eaten alive
Everyones just trying to survive
Selling babies on the street
In little boxes for dogs to eat
Liver organs everywhere
Obese people stop and stare
Vomits splattered on the walls
Everyone watches as it falls
Yesterday a teen got shot
On the street; left to rot
Unable to quit smoking pot
You think that life is just going to fast
But you don't see what is right in front of you
'cause your too busy living in the past
Always knew it was too good to be true
You sit and tell everyone you're okay
Nobody even sees that you're lying
But with every single passing day,
Inside you are slowly dying
So there you lay, covered in crimson red
You watch it as it drips off of your wrist
Thinking that you are just better off dead
Because surely you will not be missed
But we all really need you to stay strong
Then maybe you will see you've got it all wrong
I hope that someday you will believe me
When I say you really aren't awful
As she was staring at her reflection, tears started streaming down her cheek as she was starting to believe her mother's lies. Nobody loved her, nobody ever would, and she was ugly and worthless. Disgusted with herself, she started ripping out her black hair and picking at her face. Daring herself to look back in the mirror, she caught a glimpse of the razor blade sitting on her night stand, staring at her, begging her to just cut one more time. She closed her eyes, in attempt to block out her thoughts but all she could think about was the razor. Imagining what it would feel like to slice open her skin again. Finally giving into temptatio
